Hospital Overview

Historical Development
In March 1946, the hospital was founded in Jiguan Mountain, Fengcheng County, Liaoning Province, and was first called the Fourth Rear Hospital of Liaodong Military Region of the Northeast Democratic Allied Army. The hospital participated in the Battle of Benxi, the Battle of Linjiang, the Battle of Liao-Shen and the Battle of Pingjin.
In 1949, the hospital swung south and participated in the Battle of Yisha, the Battle of Hengbao and the Battle of Guangxi.
In January 1950, the hospital was renamed as the Third Army Hospital of Central and South Military Region.
In 1954, the hospital was officially renamed as the 181st Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
In 1996, the hospital was assessed as a Grade 3A hospital by the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department.
In 2025, the hospital was renamed as the Ninety-fourth Hospital of the Joint Logistics and Security Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
